Are you looking for a new mobility routine? Movement Freedom is a 4 week course that you can do from the comfort of your own home. This is a combination of lecture and exercise. You’ll learn new ways to move your body in 3 dimensions. We incorporate joint mechanics, muscle lengthening and baseline strength exercises. Can’t make the live virtual event? Don’t worry, you will receive a copy of the video each week. Along with the 1x/week live class, you will be able to schedule one 30 minute consult to give you more specific direction on your own needs.
